We, with a fifteen-year-old experience in the field of machining process and being familiar with all types of CNC Boring, Milling, VTL and lathe machines; can support our customers to find new machines and second-hand tools machine with the best condition in whole European countries. Also in this field we can be our customer consulting too.

Also , we are able to give below services to our customers who have CNC machines ( specially    CNC Boring and CNC vertical lath )  but they are really busy or would not have enough technical engineers or CNC programmers:

• Checking general drawings and making as built drawings for each part.
• Defining the best process of manufacturing and machining process.
• Preparing CNC program by choosing the best machining process strategic.
• Coming to our customers machine shop and be their operator’s trainer.
• Designing and manufacturing suitable fixtures for machining of difficult parts.
• Defining and preparing CNC programs for machining of heavy wellhead valves.
• Designing fixtures for doing machining process of gas turbine parts such as : rings, combustion chambers,….
