Single reduction planetary gearboxes of EP 1 and EP 41 line

double reduction planetary gearboxes of EP 4 line and triple reduction planetary gearboxes of EP 43 line are compact plants created by connection of electric motor as prime mover with a planetary gearbox. Gear wheels are made of high quality steel alloys and are chemically & thermally processed and also ground. Planet pinions are mounted in roller bearings. Connecting flanges for electric motor and output flanges are moulds of grey alloy. Planetary gearboxes EP5 are designed for universal use, they may work in horizontal or vertical position. Planetary gearboxes EP5 with gears from 12,5 to 63 are double-reduction gearboxes and those with gear 10 are single-reduction ones.

EP1 gearbox is proportioned to serviceable life of 40.000 hours.

Gearboxes EP 4, EP 41 and EP 43 are proportioned to serviceable life of 30 000 hours.

Planetary gearboxes EP5

are compact plants created by connection of electric motor up to size 180 as a prime mover with planetary gearbox.

• Gear wheels are made of high quality steel alloys and are chemically & thermally processed and also ground. Planet pinions are mounted in roller bearings. Connecting flanges for electric motor and output flanges are moulds of grey alloy.
• Planetary gearboxes with gears from 12,5 to 63 are double-reduction gearboxes and those with gear 10 are single-reduction ones.
• If requested by customer, it is possible to deliver planetary gearboxes EP5 in special version, namely:
• with other electric motor
• with modified dimensions of connecting flange
• version without electric motor.

Version of gearboxes worked out as:

• - horizontal foot version
• - horizontal flanged version
• - vertical flanged version.

Gearing and bearings are lubricated by oil splash created by wading of wheels and carriers in oil filling.
